We are pleased to announce a call for the submission of abstracts for publication in the International Journal on Church and Society. The Journal aims to provide a platform for scholarly dialogue and reflection on the intersection of faith, social issues and community engagement.
The International Journal on Church and Society welcomes submissions from various disciplines, including but not limited to theology, sociology, anthropology, history and ethics, that explore the multifaceted relationship between the church and society. Abstract submissions are invited for original research articles, literature reviews, case studies, and theological reflections that address topics related to:
Ø The role of the church in social justice advocacy
Ø Ethical considerations in church engagement with societal challenges
Ø Community development and empowerment through faith-based initiatives
Ø Theological reflections on contemporary issues facing communities
Ø Historical perspectives on the impact of churches on social change
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
v Abstracts should be between 250-300 words in length
v Include a brief author biography (100 words) and contact information
v Abstracts must be submitted in English
v All submissions should strictly adhere to academic integrity and ethical standards

Ø Notification of acceptance: April 30, 2024
Ø Full paper submission deadline: May 15, 2024

Accepted abstracts will be invited for full paper submission following a peer-review process. Researchers, scholars and practitioners are encouraged to contribute their insights and perspectives to the discourse on Church and society dynamics.
